I've lived overseas and used the socialized National Health services in those countries, and I've used both HMO and PPO services here in the US. I think I have found what health care is supposed to be. A relationship with a doctor who is knowledgeable, and actually wants you to be healthy. You will not find a better bedside manner than that provided by Dr. Abinante. Ever. He is experienced, personable and I would send my whole family for their medical care. In fact, I did. I don't know how many patients he has, but if he has a quota, you might want to hurry before he's all full.

This is by far the best facility and doctor I've seen in years. These guys are incredibly squared away. The facility is top-notch and the payment structure they have for medications and for monthly dues is phenomenal. I've never been to a place that for $80 bucks or $75 or $100 allows you to see the doctor for 45 minutes and 30 minute appointments, as many times as you want! Not only can see him as many times as you want per month, it gives you access to him 24 hours a day via text message/phone. Without getting charged extra. There is not a doctor in the country that has the guts to answer the office phone, or allow text messages, ext ect. The doctor is also extremely cool / down-to-earth and incredibly smart. He is familiar with a huge variety of conditions and diseases. I was injured in the military and have some pretty rare conditions and he was extremely familiar with a lot of the ones that most doctors had no idea what they were. I am incredibly impressed with these guys. The office manager is also outstanding. Great guys all in all. You can also text the office and the doctor in emergencies or for updates. It is a very cool system. I highly recommend it. I have insurance and I still opt to use this system instead of the traditional Insurance system because the care and time you get to spend with the doctor has a 10,000 times greater value and then what I actually pay. When you make an appointment for 30 minutes with the doctor here, it's not like most facilities where it means 25 minutes of blood pressure and temperatures with five minutes of doctor time it means you'll actually get 30 minutes with the doctor. He will literally come in the room and hang out with you and give you all the time you need to express your concerns. He will also educate you on outcomes and treatments. The other number one perk of going to this doctor is they have a system in place with a pharmacy that allows you to get your medications directly from the doctor at a discounted price.

Best practice and doctor I've have been too. Clean, nice office, great staff who pay attention to you and are on top of everything. Dr Paul is the man. Attentive, compassionate, understanding and just really a nice guy. I promise you will have a great experience with Elevated Health. I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with them I wanted to let others know.

Absolutely amazing - Dr. Matthew is amazing and really cares about you as a person. All of our appointments have been wonderful experiences, and he has helped us on many occasions over the phone or through messages. How amazing is it that you can text your doctor when you have a concern instead of going to urgent care? Or have him email you lab slips? This is so worth the money - we live 45 minutes away from the office and it’s still so worth it.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Matt for about 6 months now, and am so happy I made the switch from my old doctor! I actually switched both of my children as well! He is very responsive, his office staff is amazing, and they are all so accommodating. I love the fact that I can walk into the office and I get greeted by my first name right away! I’m more then just a medical chart filling space in a filing cabinet, and I love that about Dr. Matt’s office. Dr. Matt will actually call/text you after a “problem” has occurred to follow up and make sure you’re doing well and that you don’t need anything, I’ve never had that happen before with any other doctor. The best thing so far though, is that both of my children LOVE him! My daughter is 11 and she said she never wants to see her old doctor again, and my son (age 4) calls him “Uncle Matt” hahah and adores him and isn’t afraid of going in (which is something he used to be afraid of with his other doctor) I’ve recommended him to all my family and friends and will continue to do so! Dr. Matt is amazing!

Best experience with a doctor’s office ever! I didn’t have a primary care physician forever, even though I have really good insurance. It was hard to find anyone as a PCP without having to wait literally months to get in. My friend had similar, terrible experiences and finally tried Elevated Health. She raved about her experience with Dr. Matt and said it was worth every penny to finally be listened to (and actually heard) about her migraines and other concerns. I took her advice and signed up, and I am glad I did. Dr. Paul is amazing and the whole staff is awesome. They all treat you like their #1 patient, and give you their full attention. The office is clean and modern, very welcoming. They have a specialist to draw blood so your labs can be done much quicker without having to make a separate trip. They have many typical medications available when prescribed so you may not even have to go to the pharmacy. More than anything, this is how health care should be. You feel like the doctors and staff take the time to get to know you and your medical history as a long term investment. You are not just a number and you never leave the office feeling like your health concerns are just overblown. Like my friend had told me, I agree that the healthcare experience at Elevated is worth every penny.

I have been a client of Dr. Paul McKinley and Elevated Health since 2020 and I am extremely happy with everything about Elevated Health's clinic, services and staff. The Western medical system is broken and it is very unfortunate. I have been battling two health conditions since 2008 so I have been studying holistic remedies in addition to medical protocols for over 15 years. My first consultation with Dr. Paul was refreshing. He spent over an hour with me asking me detailed questions about my medical background, lifestyle, symptoms, goals, and more. He never looked at his phone and no staff interrupted us. I am a detail guy so I have a LOT of questions. He answered them patiently, provided me with 3rd-party resources to research on my own and he gave me options while providing me with his recommendations. My endocrine system is compromised so I require daily medication for my thyroid and hormone treatments. I have Colitis and I also battle chronic sinus symptoms. I have had a dry cough for decades and typically had annual or quarterly sinus infections growing up. On average, I have needed at least one round of antibiotics annually. Dr. Paul is the only person that helped me get rid of my dry cough and I have not needed an antibiotic in 4 years. He taught me how to proactively avoid sinus infections. Much of what the average person deals with is due to our poor diet and lifestyle habits. Most doctors don't have enough time to really get to know their clients and help them treat to the root cause. I can text, call or email Elevated Health anytime I want and within 24 hours, someone will respond. Oftentimes, it is Dr. Paul himself who calls, texts or emails me back. I can swing by with or without an appointment anytime during business hours and they can almost always squeeze me in. I have been a patient for nearly 8 years, and I have received the absolute best care of my life by the staff and providers at Elevated Health. They are kind, attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, and really go the extra mile to make sure you are cared for, heard, and healthy. I choose to keep my membership year after year despite having a top tier PPO plan, because the standard of care I (and my family) have received at this practice is simply unmatched. I’m a busy mama of three kids and was living my best usual life when all of a sudden I woke up with a very stiff lower back and couldn’t even get out of bed. Dr. Lucy Pun helped put together a treatment plan which included getting an MRI, followed by physical therapy for several weeks. I was between health insurance companies at the time so Elevated Health was the best plan for our family. Happy to say I’m back to my energetic life! Thank you Dr. Pun for being so compassionate and caring through the entire experience!
